Additionally, Designs By April ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

      SOUTH CAROLINA Business Owners with a retail license will be tax exempt after documentation has been provided.

    Return Policy

    Uh Oh I have an error on my order …If we made a mistake on your order don’t worry, we will get you

    a replacement! Just contact us with your order number, and a picture of the issue and we can help get

    the replacement going for you. Please note, we cannot replace items for free unless the mistake was

    made by our staff. For example, if you placed your order but you chose the wrong color thread on the

    order, we will not replace it for free. Typically in a situation where the customer made an ordering

    mistake what we do is just charge the customer the raw cost plus postage to remake and send the

    item. If the mistake was DBA’s fault then don’t worry, we will pay for the replacement!

    Wholesale Returns:  We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase most of the times,

    but we understand that occasionally a mistake can be made from item selection to boxes being

    handled the wrong way or any other steps in between. Hence, we accept returns for the following

    conditions:

    · Items were damaged en-route.

    · Items that were originally defective.

    · Items are wrong.

    All returns should meet the following conditions:

    · Must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise according to tracking number.

    -Customer should note that the return with any reason of non-defective merchandise is subject to

    20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable both ways.

    EXCHANGES:

    Item must be returned to: 203 Dooley Road, Suite A, Lexington, SC  29073 including the original

    invoice number, along with the email allowing for exchange, and description of what you would like to

    exchange the items for.  DBA is not responsible if sizes or patterns are not available upon exchange.

    CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!

    FINAL SALE OR IMPERFECT ITEMS ARE NON_RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE

    Pre-Order Policy:

     All Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE, there are no cancellations accepted!
