Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Designs By April ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
  • Additionally, Designs By April ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Issue with my order: Uh Oh I have an error on my order …If we made a mistake on your order don’t worry, we will get you a replacement! Please contact us via email with your order number, a picture of the issue if something was wrong with the product, or an explanation of the issue with the order and we will be happy to get this issue taken care of.

Returns:

  • We accept returns for refund within 14 calendar days from the date you place your order, minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
  • We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date you place your order, minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
  • All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
  • Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • Jewelry, sunglasses, shoes and hats are returnable in new condition, original packaging, and no sign of use.
